Refund Policy

General Info

• This policy is effective April 1, 2021.
• Refunds will be issued as a paper check, sent through US Mail, or refunded through PayPal, at the discretion of the Treasurer.
• Refunds will be made to the original member that made the payment.
• Members will be refunded the full amount paid. Payment processing or handling fees will not be deducted from the refund.

Specific Refunds

• Membership fees are non-refundable.
• Cascaders Gear items sold by the club are non-refundable. This includes all items that are stocked by the club and listed on the club gear web page. Defective items may be exchanged for a replacement or different items of equivalent value. Exchanges will be managed by the club’s current Gear focal.

• Cascaders Gear purchased through the Lands End Business web site are subject to the Lands End Business Return Policy.
• Rally Fees - Contact the rally host for refund information.
• RV Park Reservation - If you reserve directly with an RV Park, contact the park regarding their refund policy.
